HOW UNQUALIFIED AM I?
11,306 PODCAST HOURS UNDER MY BELT AND COUNTING (UPDATED SOMETIMES)
This is a completely independent and unofficial podcast review website. I am not affiliated with any podcast, podcast production company, podcast player, and/or advertisers. This site has nothing to do with anything other than my own irrelevant opinions on [mostly] true crime and investigative podcasts.
I hope the organization of this site doesn't totally suck for you. I employ a unique ranking system that helps me keep track of pod-thoughts, and hopefully helps everyone quickly find new podcasts. Blurbs associated with pods are not always consistent. I may comment on production quality, the host(s), speech patterns, personal rants, accolades, or maybe just a no-spoiler synopsis of the show. It varies.
You will encounter a lot of profanity throughout this site. Also, I use the "&" in lieu of the word "and" to conserve space. Plus, there are probably HELLA typos everywhere. Please contact me to tell me where they are so I can fix them :-) I can't proof my own work.
I want your podcast recommendations! Please contact me to suggest podcasts; or to share your opinion about a review.
"13 Best" header shows an illustration from the movie Blue Caprise (about the DC Sniper). The devil graphic from Swindled podcast. An image of Curtis Flowers (protagonist of In the Dark, season 2). An illustration of Sheri Johnson (attorney for Curtis Flowers) giving oral arguments to the supreme court. And graphics from S-Town podcast. "Single Episodes" header shows an illustration of the bay area, the setting of several of the episodes in that section. Dr. Elizabeth Loftus who works to debunk repressed memory syndrome. San Quentin State Prison where Ear Hustle is produced. Keith Morrison, a host of Dateline NBC. And the vehicle used by Luckman & Reid when they committed their despicable crimes.
